Work Form
• In case of flat work, please send the original. In case of film work please send a DVD or CD-ROM.
• Flat art work size: From 200mm x 200mm to 2000mm x 2000mm, thickness is no wider than 50mm.
• 3-D art work size is equal to or no more than Length 1000mm x Width 1000mm x Height 1000mm and it is equal to or no more than 5 kilograms in weight.
• Art work made of materials which have the possibilities of being damaged in transit such as glass is unacceptable.
• Film entry must be from 3 minutes to 5 minutes in length.
• Please send entries in DVD-R or CD-ROM recorded in such data formats as AVI・MPEG・MPEG-1/2・WMV・Quick Time with a resolution of 720 by 480 or 640 by 840. Please write clearly your name, title, and time of your work on the label.
(Any work submitted in DVD-RW・DVD+R・DVD-RAM・Blue Ray will not be accepted.)
• Although we will do our best to handle your work with care, we would like you to understand that we cannot shoulder the responsibility for accidents and damaging in transit.
Entry requirements
• If you are not older than 40 years old as of April 15, 2010, you are invited to participate in this contest whether you are professionals, amateurs or students.
• Entry work, which has previously received the grand prix or the first prize in another contest, is unacceptable.
• The number of works entered may not exceed three works per person. Work in a series may not exceed three pieces as one piece of work.
• Entry work will come under the jurisdiction of Osaka University of Arts and will not be retuned. We will not contact you to inform you whether or not your work has arrived.
• Copyright of entry work belongs to the applicants. The sponsor of this contest must be given a right to screen, broadcast, duplicate, publish, exhibit, and put your work on the internet to announce the results. If you pass the first stage, you may be asked to submit data of high DPI to us.
• Copyrighted work may only be used with a permit: all the other works must be produced or photographed by the applicant.
If a third party lodges a protest regarding the copyright of work entered, the sponsor renounces all responsibility, and the applicant will bear the full responsibility, including any expenses incurred.
• Entry work may be sold as charity. (All sales money will be spent to promote arts.)
• All applicants must sign the application card, thereby agreeing to the regulations of the contest. If an applicant is found in violation of the regulations, prize money may be revoked.
• We will not answer any inquiries regarding the progress or results of the contest.
• Entry work may be sold as a catalog. (Film work will be recorded on CD or DVD.)
Acceptance of entries
From Thursday, April 15 to Monday, May 31, 2010

Application method
• No entry fee is required.
• Please write “For contest entry. No commercial value.” on the box, when you send it.
• The applicant will bear the expenses to send their own work.
• Send the regular application card (photocopies of the application are acceptable) with your work.
• Please glue your attachment application card to the lower left corner of the back of your work. If you wish to make 2 or more entries, please photocopy the regular attachment application card and glue one to each entry.
