Concerning personal information

The sponsor of the contest acknowledges the privacy of personal information. We will take special care to avoid plagiarism, and manipulation or leaks of personal information. We view the importance for protecting personal information as follows.

1. Purpose for using personal information

We will deal with your information only for the following purpose.

• For announcement of the results
• For contacting you to confirm your work
• For analytical statistics to improve the contest
• For publishing information about the contest ( This publication can be stopped upon request. )
• For announcement of works that passed the review online and for personal information will only be used by your permission.

2. Publication to a third party

We will not give your personal information to a third party without your permission. However, in case your personal information has to be revealed in order to protect someone’s life and property, or your permission is difficult to gain, or your personal information must be shown for legal reasons, we will make an exception.

3. Security

We will do our best to protect your personal information. If you apply for the contest, we will consider that you have accepted our policy toward your privacy by the applicant’s signature and the signature written on the entry card and form.
